At the MindBody Connect Wellness Centre, we focus on holistic wellness

and healing. Our sacred space is located across the road from the pristine Mount Maunganui beach, and is accessed through a foresty pathway.

Our shared values include

Safety

We aim to create an environment

where people's nervous systems feel

as ease, allowing softness,

openness, and curiosity.

Compassion

We act with warmth, compassion,

and care, and believe that everyone

should be treated with

kindness and respect.

Connection

We understand that through connection with self, source, others, and the environment,

wellness is possible. We acknowledge the interconnection of mind, body, and spirit.

Non-Judgement

We honour everyone's unique journey and humanness.

We are committed to creating a safe and supportive space where individuals feel free to be authentic without fear of being criticised or judged.

MindBody Connect supports neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ communities.

"I found Lesia to be: Very pleasant, Very professional, Easy to talk to,
Gentle manner, Always smiling, Doesn’t go looking for trouble where there is none, Takes responsibility for her role, Fits into the house environment without any friction. I found Lesia to have an impressive knowledge of the brain, how it functions and she understands the challenges that exist for a stroke victim and the family.

She listened to both sides of our ‘story’ and was insightful as to the problems and possible solutions, or more often, ways in which to cope with presenting problems. Lesia developed a real rapport with K and she invested in the relationship and K knew that she cared. He looked forward to his sessions with her, secure in the knowledge that whatever he shared with her remained between the two of them."

“Neuroscience research shows that the only way we can change the way we feel is by becoming aware of our inner experience and learning to befriend what is going on inside ourselves.”
